InDeep International is a private elite Tennis Training Academy located in Sydney, Australia.
We host a full time tennis training program that caters to each and
every individual on and off the court. We provide a holistic approach
to elite tennis training with indepth programs dealing with every
corner stone of the journey to the top.
The focus is on long
term athlete development and all goals and programs have the final
outcome in mind. The athletes are constantly pushed out of their
comfort zone and expected to perform. They are never permitted to
behave or think like 2nd grade athletes. There is no short term
gratification, there is only short term pain. The mission is a minimum
of top 50 and we will not stop until it is achieved. Each and every
small process is pursued to perfection as they are all building blocks
in the journey to world class tennis player. The athlete is the number
one priority of every day and every minute at InDeep. We are building
people and professional athletes and it's a tough, tough journey.
InDeep is not
for everyone and is exclusive to those that can stand the unforgiving
pace. There are rigorous entry testings for all interested in becoming
a part of our team, that are designed by professionals to see if you
have what it takes.
We take fitness very very seriously here
at InDeep. There are daily workouts, weekly strength sessions, monthly
testings and the toughest annual Boot Camp you have ever seen. There is
no room to slacken off for anyone not willing to put in the work
towards becoming the fittest athlete they can possibly be. Off court
fitness bench marks must be met before proceeding to on court tennis
sessions. You cannot go on court if you are not fit enough.
Our attention to detail is paramount in the pursuit of athlete prowess on the court, as is the importance of long term development of the individual needs as a person off the court.
We have set up this website as a blog so we are able to update it
regularly from anywhere in the world. Our full time athletes will be
participating in the upkeep of it so make sure you check back regularly
to read about their experiences within the academy and their journey as
tennis athletes.
LIVE IT. EAT IT. BREATHE IT. It's as simple as that.
