INDEEP Tennis introduces “Tennis Fit” a new school tennis program for Sydney City and surrounding suburbs.
We are located at Sydney Boys High School in Cleveland St, Moore Park on 4 brand new resurfaced Australian Open hard courts. There is an undercover option as well, which means no cancellations due to rain.
We are a registered Official Provider of Tennis Australia Hotshots and Tennis Cardio. Our new kids tennis program is designed to be included as a weekly sport option. This amazing new 60 minute program includes 4 courts, 4 coaches, racquets & balls and bus pick up / drop off service by the Sydney Boys High School bus, which seats 60 kids.
TENNIS FIT PROGRAM DETAILS:
We have 4 courts going with the kids moving and learning for the whole hour. They are taught tennis specific warm ups and warm downs, technique, cardio fitness, footwork and fun.
