Tennis Fit for Life
INDEEP Tennis introduces “Tennis Fit” a new school tennis program for Sydney City and surrounding suburbs.
We are located at Sydney Boys High School in Cleveland St, Moore Park on 4 brand new resurfaced Australian Open hard courts. There is an undercover option as well, which means no cancellations due to rain.
We are a registered Official Provider of Tennis Australia Hotshots and Tennis Cardio. Our new kids tennis program is designed to be included as a weekly sport option. This amazing new 60 minute program includes 4 courts, 4 coaches, racquets & balls and bus pick up / drop off service by the Sydney Boys High School bus, which seats 60 kids.
TENNIS FIT PROGRAM DETAILS:
We have 4 courts going with the kids moving and learning for the whole hour. They are taught tennis specific warm ups and warm downs, technique, cardio fitness, footwork and fun. ALL SKILL LEVELS WELCOME
New Australian Open BLUE court surfaces now open! Come and play on the same surface as the best players in the world...
Kids will be taught ALL basic tennis and multiple athletic skills including hand eye coordination, fast feet, kids cardio classes, enhanced gross motor skills, rallying skills and endurance.
Everyone has heaps of FUN learning to love the game in a safe and encouraging environment. We also have a large Indoor facility which is used at lunchtime and inclement weather so camp is on RAIN, HAIL or SHINE!

Griffith MIA Tennis Open 2014
Indeep just returned home from the Griffith MIA Open 2014 with a raft of trophies and prizes! This is our 4th year returning and we love this tournament. The people are amazing, the weather is cold but glorious and the country food is tops. We travelled down in the Indeep people mover in just over 7hrs.
Stevie played very well coming Runner Up U18s and with Matty in the doubles.
Matty won the U18s consolation as well.
Khobi won U12 singles and doubles with his brother, Chase. He also won the Father/Son title with Dad! Chase won U12 doubles with his brother and also took out the Parent/Child title with his Dad.
The best thing about Griffith is playing on clay. Sliding around in all that red dirt is such a great experience for the players... and just really good fun.

Kids will learn all basic tennis and athletic skills. They will learn the skills necessary to rally in a game of tennis. Everyone has heaps of fun learning to love the game by getting better. We have a large Indoor facility which is used at lunchtime and ininclement weather.
Kids are under supervision between 9am & 3pm - Payment methods: Cash, EFT, Cheque - bookings are essential.
